3) Excellent conversational & Client Relationships building skills

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships & to Acquire New Corporate Clients for the Company.
Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
Build and maintain successful relationships with partners/Clients.
To search for new potential market
To attend meetings with clients
To arrange seminars.
Making calls and securing meetings for business development with decision makers
Be part of initial meetings, brief client on all services and communicate requirements to HR head
Make presentations and get new clients on board
Follow up with prospective clients.
Should be willing to work under pressure
