Terms & Conditions
1. Franchise must produce minimum enrollments of 15 (fifteen) students per year if the criteria are not fulfilled Rs 10,000/- (Ten thousand) renewal fee will be charged.

a) Monopoly in 5km or per Taluka per franchise in remote (rural) area will be provided by Franchiser Oscillate Technical Institute.

b) Monopoly per node per franchise in city will be provided by Franchiser Oscillate Technical Institute. Or as decided by parties.

2. Student can appear examination at least after one month from the date of admission, online examination will be conducted every month. Student can appear for examination before one month under conduction verified by Franchiser Oscillate Technical Institute.
NOTE:
1. Registration fees include Training, study materials, examination and certification of one person.
2. Registration fee is to be paid in form of DD drawn in favor of OSCILLATE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, PAYABLE AT MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.
